WELCOME! To the new "MEMORIAL CLUB TOWNHOUSES ASSOCIATION" website.

Welcome to the Memorial Club Townhouses Association website. The Board of Directors and its Website Committee have created this site so that all homeowners in the Association have a convenient resource, from which to learn more about the community and the workings of the Association.

Memorial Club is a residential townhouse community, established in the early 1970’s in the western region of the City of Houston in the Spring Branch I.S.D. Memorial Club consists of seven hundred fifty seven townhouses, situated on a beautiful sixty-five acre tree covered tract, with three swimming pools, nine tennis courts, two playgrounds and two parks. All conveniently located with easy access to freeways, local shopping centers, schools K - 12, entertainment complexes and medical facilities. A Board of Directors comprised entirely of volunteers oversees management of the Association’s affairs.

OUR GOALS

This site was conceived as a homeowner resource providing both access to Association related information and a convenient means for homeowners to communicate with the Board of Directors through our Management Staff.

Your Board of Directors anticipates this website will service our members well by:

Keeping Homeowners informed concerning activities of the Association.
Improving communications between Homeowners and their Board.
Fostering a better understanding of the Board’s work.
Facilitating the implementation of Association Policies.
Providing convenient Homeowner access to Rules, Policies and Procedures.
Improving and standardizing the implementation of Rules and Policies.
Providing for future expansion of the site without costly re-design.

Spring Branch ISD boasts some of the finest schools in the state. Whether it's elementary, middle or high school, Memorial Clubs' children receive a excellent education in modern facilities located within walking distance of our community.

Ammenities

Memorial Club is proud that the family pool is known to be largest private pool in the City of Houston. In addition there are two satellite pools available ensuring residents much enjoyment during the hot summer months.

Other amenities include nine tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, two playgrounds, and an abundance of open area for everyone's enjoyment.
